Certificates of Completion:  Please note that these are emailed within 14 business days of attending the class.  They come from our CE Vendor, Insurance Study.com.  The sender of the email is certificates@insurancestudy.com.  If you have not gotten your certificate please contact Insurance Study at 866-339-3900.

Cancelling Class Registrations and Refund Policy:  If you are unable to attend a class that you registered for you can request a coupon to attend a class that is good for 12 months from the date of the class you registered for.  

To request your coupon please call 866-383-2075.  Unfortunately, there are no refunds and the credit cannot be applied to online training.
