Certificates of Completion: Please note that these are emailed within 14 business days of attending the class. They come from our CE Vendor, Insurance Study.com. The sender of the email is certificates@insurancestudy.com. If you have not gotten your certificate please contact Insurance Study at 866-339-3900.
Cancelling Class Registrations and Refund Policy: 48 hours advanced notice is required to receive a complete refund. Otherwise, no charges will be refunded. We will however offer a coupon code to take the Partnership/NAIC training online at no additional cost.
